Podcasting is the new public access. Nothing is a better example of this as the Try and Fail podcast. In this podcast your host will try and fail to entertain you for forty five minutes to a whole hour. Think of it as an exercise in patience.
Editor’s note: The story of the trynfail.com website.
When I found out Patrick Dailey not only had an unreleased podcast, but also an unused domain name, I knew I had to do something with both. That’s when I decided we would release the first Try and Fail podcast on kresnik.org and he would let me put something up on trynfail.com.
The plan was for trynfail.com to be a one-page website with only a Paypal button. The Paypal button doesn’t work, so the website even fails in doing it’s one function.
Now, it’s failed once again as I’ve gone off course and decided I’ll add one new element to the website with each new episode of the Try and Fail podcast. This time I added a drifting video set to ’99 Red Balloons.’
A classic.
