There is no limit to how strong a human man can be, and it really is a disgrace to see a human being grow old without ever recognizing how strong he can be. That’s just my belief.

The World’s Most Manliest Men: Tommy Quinn Edition
I know a thing or two about being a manly man. For one, I teach karate to 5 to 8 year-old Orthodox Jewish kids. Even manlier, one of my first blogs was called “Harder Than Death,” and focused solely on men being hard.
The wording of that might not be perfect, but, damn it, it’s true. Unfortunately for all of you, I accidentally deleted every single H.T.D. post and abandoned the idea altogether.
If that blog was still around, this email from MMA fighter Tommy Quinn would sure as hell be featured. Quinn decided to make a power move against his opponent Ryan Johnston before their upcoming fight, and penned the most polite, bad-ass email ever written.
I’ll admit, I’ve never been in a real fight, but if I was, I’d want it to be exactly like the legendary fight between Don Frye and Yoshihiro Takayama. If you aren’t familiar with the famous fight, check out this epic exchange:

Tommy Quinn quickly rises in the ranks of my most badass man list. Current top-3 rankings:
- Anderson Silva
- John Brzenk
- Michael Angelo Batio
Now I leave you with an incredible quote from Don Frye. It’s sure to make you rethink your life:
…saw some gals so beautiful, let me tell you what, I’d drag my pecker in a mile of shattered glass just to stand in the shadow and jack off -[interrupted] just to jack-off in the shadow of the last guy that banged her.
